Mobile Outreach started from one core idea: most people carry cell phones, so churches should use them to share God’s message.

Founder Ira Hubbard built his career across multiple industries. He invented fire-safe plastic containers, developed debit card systems, created thermal receipt paper, and ran custom short-run printing operations. Then he heard God’s call to shift his focus. “You’ve had your time,” he remembers hearing. “Now it’s My time.”

This moment led to Mobile Outreach, a ministry tool built for small to medium churches. The goal is direct: use text messaging and mobile technology to help churches connect with people, welcome visitors, and share the gospel.

Mobile Outreach addresses real ministry challenges:

Visitors scan a QR code during service and receive an immediate video greeting from church leaders. The system captures their contact information securely for follow-up and personal outreach. Churches can schedule automatic messages to remind and invite people back each week.

Radio, TV, and printed materials depend on chance encounters. Text messages reach every phone and get read. Mobile Outreach represents the next step in evangelism and church communication.

Since 2012, Mobile Outreach has grown by helping churches use technology for ministry, not just marketing. The platform puts church outreach directly into people’s hands.
